Why does federal employees make you feel guilty when you’ve done nothing wrong? I felt this way Thursday morning while driving down Highway 281 from La Paloma to Brownsville. I didn’t realize how close the levees are to homes located on 281 until I saw it for myself. But, I think my curiousity also brought out the curiousity of Border Patrol agents. I felt like I was being followed a couple of times while driving on the highway. I can’t help it if I drive a SUV with tinted windows - it’s too darn hot. It just seemed when I chose to drive down a side street, so did the BP. I was tempted to drive up the levee to see what was going on, but  I thought if I did the BP would follow me to see what I was doing. Talk about feeling guilty for doing nothing - jeezzzzzzzzz.
