There appears to be some confusion as to who drafted what resolution that opposed the construction of the border fence in Brownsville.

Although the resolution was tabled, it got the attention of the Department of Homeland Security.

The DHS said there were inaccuracies in the resolution.

Left to be answered is if they DHS is correct,  just who put the inaccuracies in the resolution.
